The service
Why the products matter in a rental
A guest decides what they think of a rental in the first minute, and a good part of that is the air. Conventional chemical cleaners such as bleaches and detergents can leave harsh residues and a smell to match. We clean with our own eco- and human-friendly products instead, which also makes the property a safer choice for guests with allergies or chemical sensitivities.
Consistency between guests
Because all team members are trained, the property is kept to the same standard whoever is on the job. We use microfiber cloths and mop pads, with a new mop pad in each room, so bathrooms and kitchens never share one.
Special events
If the property hosts events, we take the pre-event cleaning off your to-do list and handle the post-event cleanup, which tends to be a very special kind of mess.
