Will a move-out clean get my deposit back?
A deposit is the landlord's decision, so nobody can promise it. What a move-out clean does is remove the usual reasons for deductions: bathrooms, kitchen, floors, scuffed walls and dirty carpets are all dealt with before the inspection.
